Alejandro has worked in IT for more than 25 years. At KPMG he led technology for the Latin America region, where his team sustained and operated KPMG’s technology across 15 interconnected countries.
In that role he led data center migrations, the transition to Microsoft 365, and the modernization and stabilization of critical infrastructure across the region, while working across countries, teams and cultures.
Those years taught him to run every project with a defined process for each step, from scoping to handover. Octivio works the same way, hands-on, for companies that rarely get that from a typical provider.
He also spent years on the other side of the table, as the client. He hired IT providers, wrote the requirements and held them to them. Three of those providers later recommended him. Octivio works the way he wanted to be served.
